由里建筑设计现代O5湾区智谷创意园改造设计

◥O5湾区智谷改造项目位于广州天河区龙洞旧厂房。在设计上我们结合时下当代的大环境----追新潮流与信息区块链。在响应国家政策“大湾区发展战略”下，重新思考社区更新的过程中需要考虑的诸多因素。如何带动周边区域协同发展？如何在保证甲方提出的预算范围内做出期望的设计？我们希望通过对这片社区的更新而带动周边一些产业的发展并且让这一片的人们能够有一个交流平台，让人-社区-环境-经济达到一种和谐的状态。
The O5 Bay District Zhigu renovation project is located in the old factory building of Longdong, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. In the design we combine the current and contemporary environment-chasing new trends and information block chains. In response to the national policy "Big Bay Area Development Strategy", many factors need to be considered in the process of rethinking community renewal. How to promote the development of the surrounding areas? How to make the desired design within the guaranteed budget proposed by Party A? We hope that through the renewal of this community, we will promote the development of some industries in the surrounding areas and allow people in this area to have a platform for communication, so that people-community-environment-economy can reach a state of harmony.
